We’re offering a day pass for locals who want to join us but don’t want the expense of accommodations. We got you.

We’ll help arrange for lodging if you’re an outta towner, don’t worry! We have some dope locations picked out for lodging very close to HQ.

We’ll update the itinerary soon, but think paddle boarding on Canandaigua Lake, Sauna and Plunge (duh), movement, I.V. drip therapy and TONS of learning. Our in-house practioners will be offering treatments and we’ll have some special guests per usual. Trust us, you’re not going to want to miss this.
