Anatomy of the KB Swing
The swing is thrilling and, let’s be honest, a bit intimidating. Whether you’re a seasoned swinger or just starting out, this workshop has something for everyone. If you’re new to swinging and need some guidance, this is the perfect session for you, but we do recommend taking our intro course if you’re brand new to kettlebell training (check it out above).
Even if you’ve been swinging for years, it’s always beneficial to fine-tune your form with the help of others. So, what we’re saying is, this is an all-levels course.
Admission includes a seasonal protein shake or parfait and you’ll get to sample Synergy Wellness Elixirs.

Wreath Making Workshop with Budbreak Flower Co.
Paige, owner/operator of Budbreak Flower Co. will walk us through wreath making technique while we sip delicious functional hot beverages and eat healthy holiday cookies. Is there a better plan? We think not.

The TGU combines strength, flexibility, mobility, and dynamic movement into one impressive exercise. While it might look complicated, we’re here to make it easy for you. We’ll break down the TGU step by step and explore variations to incorporate into your kettlebell workouts. By this point (KB Lab #3), you’re probably obsessed – welcome to the club!

Just in time for winter solstice during this busy season of celebration: take some time to slow down, surrounded by other beautiful souls, and settle in to your intention while immersed in a symphony of sound, from singing bowls and the sonic chi to the ocean drum and shruti.
As the sun sets and the full moon rises, we will not only set our intentions, but reflect on and celebrate this past season which has brought this new community space to life. Together we will tune out the wild world outside and busy season we find ourselves in; tune in to our own needs and wishes; and, turn up the vibrations we carry into the holiday season and beyond.
Afterword, we will share a special gift, some yogi tea and time to connect.

West Coast Synergy Retreat
