Kim will also be Included a sound bath, with the use of a very gentle, yet powerful Quartz crystal singing bowl. Sound Immersion can allow us to get into a meditative state, raise our vibration and offer deep restorative healing on a cellular level.
Although Meditation can be Intimidating and at times may feel unattainable, There are simple ways to achieve results using the techniques that Kim provides in this class, you will feel at ease and confident and Empowered in pursuing your own unique meditation practice.
